You won't be that statistic.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8645372729044571901.post-41529600679558228082010-10-08T17:32:51.574-04:002010-10-08T17:32:51.574-04:00Hi lisa, I guess there is no difference to any add...Hi lisa, I guess there is no difference to any addiction so it seems, but maybe the underlying reasons for it are the real issue, but i think you already know this, as you have made some very positive comments. Btw we all have moments when a little sweet snack is needed even the skinny ones of us! The secret is just a small sweet every once in a while, not everyday. Just dont have any in the pantry which is too easy. Even my skinny assed daughter is addicted to sugar and we are re educating her habits now, no more nutella or milo as she lived on this.
Our minds are evil sometimes telling us things that are negative, but tell yourself you cant have those things because its not good for you, not becasue of the surgery, that a healthy snack
is better tasting anyway, and occupy yourself as much as possible, boredom = eating rubbish !
And try thinking " hi im lisa and im a winner" cos you are.Mrs Ahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03109885833512528798noreply@blogger.com
